Terms and Conditions

• This booking relates to accommodation only. Flights, transfers and car hire (where applicable), when booked via North Cyprus Rentals Ltd., (NCR) are still the direct responsibility of the service provider ie. Ticket agent, Car hire company etc… NCR offers to reserve these additional services but cannot be held responsible for third parties actions.
  

• All accommodation is privately owned and is let via NCR on behalf of the owner and the client.
  

• NCR, service providers, owners and their representatives cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage howsoever caused.
  

• Any parties booking a property should arrange adequate personal holiday travel insurance through a reputable company. NCR recommend Options Insurance on 0870 876 7878.
  

• NCR, the owners and their agents cannot accept any responsibility for the breakdown of public services including water, electricity or any other lack of facility which is beyond our control. In the event of a breakdown of any equipment in the property or swimming pool where applicable, please notify the house agent immediately.
  

• The owners and their agents reserve the right to visit the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance work, pool cleaning, gardening and routine inspections.
  

• The booking is confirmed when this form is signed and the deposit received, and will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The deposit is non refundable in cases of cancellation. The balance of the cost is payable 8 weeks prior to the departure date. If not paid by the due date, cancellation may be assumed by NCR and the owner, and the property made available for re-letting with consequent loss of deposit. Once paid, the balance is non refundable in the case of cancellation by the clients for whatever reason.
  

• In the unlikely event that NCR or the owners have to cancel the accommodation booking, a full refund will be paid to the client. Service providers will need to be handled directly by the client. Contact details available upon request.
  

• Only the guests named/indicated on the Confirmation Invoice are to occupy the property. In no circumstances will any additional person be permitted to stay.
  

• The Property must be vacated no later than 11.00 am on the day of departure and the property will not be ready until 4.00 pm on the arrival day.
  

• All information supplied/originating from NCR is correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge. We cannot, however, be held responsible for changes made that we are not made aware of or are indeed beyond our control. All distances and measurements given are approximate and should be used as a guide only.
